Ratio Christi President Rick Schenker Interviewed by TheBestSchools.org

We have just posted an extensive interview with Rick Schenker, president of Ratio Christi, an organization that promotes Christian apologetics on college and university campuses across the United States. The organization’s name means “reason of Christ,” in Latin.

For those who may not know, “apologetics” is the skillful practise of defending Christianity on the basis of rational argument (from the Greek word, apologia, meaning “a speech in defense”).

Ratio Christi’s goal is “to establish chapters at every major secular/liberal institution across the nation and continue efforts around the world,” thereby challenging the hegemony of secular humanist, atheist, and materialist thinking in academia today. They currently have chapters on over 50 campuses nationwide, and are expanding rapidly.
